Services Provided 

We offer a range of landscaping services, including but not limited to: 
. Garden Design
. Hardscaping (e.g patios, decking, retaining walls)
. Turfing and planting 
. Fencing and outdoor features
All work is carried out to a professional standard by our trained team. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins. 

 Quotes And Payments
 
. All quotes are valid for e30 days from date of issue. 
. A deposit may be required before work begins. 
. Final payments is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
Failure to make payments on time may result in legal actions or additional charges. 

 Cancellations And Charges 

If you need to cancel or reschedule a project: 
. Please give us at least 14 days notice. 
. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice may incur charges based on costs already incurred (materials ordered, time allocated, etc). 
. Any changes to the scope of work may require an updated quote or revised timeline. 

 7-Year Guarantee
 
We offer a 7-year guarantee on workmanship for all our landscaping projects. 
This guarantee does not cover:
. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, weather or lack of maintenance. 
. Natural wear and tear. 
. Products or materials not supplied by us. 
Guarantee claims must be submitted in writing with proof of original work. 

Liability 

While we take all reasonable care during the delivery of our services: 
. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. 
. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or other factors outside our control. 

Website Use 

By using our website: 
. You agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose. 
. All content on the site (text, images, logos) is the property of E&J Landscaping and may not be copied or reproduced without our permission.
