Refund Policy

At E&J Landscaping we take pride in delivering high quality landscaping services. Customer satisfactions is very important to us, and we aim to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be offered.

Deposits 

. A deposits may be required to secure your project and cover the cost of materials and initial planning. 
. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing or if E&J Landscaping cancels the project for any reason. 

Cancellations By The Customer
 
If you choose to cancel your project:
. 14 days notice or more: no cancellation charge beyond the non-refundable deposit. 
. Less than 14 days notice: A cancellation fee may apply to cover costs already incurred (e.g materials purchased, labour time booked). 
Refunds for any additional payments made (beyond the deposit) will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Cancellations by E&J Landscaping 

If we are unable to complete the work due to unforeseen circumstances on our end:
. You will be refunded in full for any payments made, including the deposit (if applicable). 
. We will always aim to reschedule or offer an alternative solution before cancelling a job outright.

Unsatisfactory Work 

We stand behind the quality of our work and offer a 7 year workmanship guarantee on all projects. 
If you are not satisfied with the finished work: 
. Please notify us within 14 days of completion so we can investigate the issue. 
. We will first aim to repair or rectify the issue at no extra cost to you. 
. Refunds will only be considered after a reasonable opportunity has been to resolve the problem. 
. Refunds will not be issued for:
. Natural weathering or wear and tear.
. Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or third parties.
. Materials or products not supplied by us. 

Materials & Special Orders 

If we ordered custom or non refundable materials for your project, these costs may be non refundable if the project is cancelled after purchase.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with these laws.
